These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fantasyph ("fantasyph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fantasyph.app and its associated mobile applications.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any feature of the fantasyph platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all users of the fantasyph platform regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access it. Use of the fantasyph mobile application is additionally subject to the terms of the relevant app store through which it was downloaded.

Access to real-money gaming features on fantasyph is strictly restricted. To register and use the fantasyph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.

• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on fantasyph. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

fantasyph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fantasyph may result in account suspension.

To access real-money gaming features on fantasyph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fantasyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify fantasyph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• KYC Compliance: fantasyph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests, including providing government-issued identification and proof of address.

fantasyph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on fantasyph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: fantasyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: fantasyph reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Fees: fantasyph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. fantasyph is not responsible for third-party fees.

fantasyph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or irregular play patterns.

fantasyph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fantasyph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted per promotion period.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted under the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: fantasyph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.
• Modification: fantasyph may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players are encouraged to read the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of both these general bonus terms and the promotion-specific terms.

All games available on the fantasyph platform — including slots, bingo, bingo fishing, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by the following general gameplay rules:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated under regulated conditions. fantasyph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game Rules: Each game has its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) rates, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before wagering.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game outcome, fantasyph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: fantasyph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where possible, game state is preserved and can be resumed upon reconnection.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing, are subject to additional sports-specific rules available in the sports betting section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fantasyph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions through your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fantasyph staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, databases, or other players' accounts;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

fantasyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gaming on the fantasyph platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Age Restriction: Real-money gaming is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate self-exclusion through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

All content on the fantasyph platform — including but not limited to the fantasyph brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fantasyph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fantasyph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fantasyph platform without prior written consent from fantasyph.
• The fantasyph name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of fantasyph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to fantasyph may be used by fantasyph without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fantasyph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fantasyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fantasyph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The fantasyph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fantasyph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

fantasyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting fantasyph customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

fantasyph operates within a framework regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations form part of the regulatory framework governing the fantasyph platform and agree to comply with all applicable Philippine gaming laws.

fantasyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fantasyph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fantasyph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
